Global water crisis threaten some of the biggest metropolitan cities of the world. 25 Liters documentary tries to find a solution to this gloomy situation with the guidance of Gökhan Özoğuz, while portraying a dystopian future Istanbul without water to show the consequences of inaction to this crisis at hand.
